Eric Stehn is a founding partner of Donnelly Stehn, LLP. As an experienced trial attorney and litigator, he is well versed at handling all facets of complex legal matters.

Eric spent the first six years of his legal career as a litigator at a large New York City defense firm, where he represented both corporate and municipal clients in various matters, including contractor disputes, design defects, license, access agreements, and bodily injury cases. There, Eric tried numerous cases to verdict, obtaining many favorable results for his clients.

After leaving the firm, Eric started his own practice, where he focused primarily on the selling, buying, leasing, and financing of residential and commercial real estate. Eric has negotiated and closed some of the most sophisticated real estate deals in New York City and on Long Island, giving him a reputation as an efficient and effective transactional attorney.

Today, as a partner at Donnelly Stehn, Eric primarily focuses on building the firm’s transactional real estate practice, while also advising on corporate formation and structuring, and litigating any disputes that arise therefrom. Eric’s goal is to provide quality legal counsel to real estate buyers, sellers, developers, and other clients in the fast-evolving New York market.

Outside of work, Eric has volunteered his time to the Massapequa Mustangs youth football organization as a coach and in various other capacities for the past twenty years.
